Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Divisional Manager to lead the Hatfield region, delivering strategic direction and operational excellence across Construction and Commercial teams.

You will manage Contracts Managers, Site Managers, and cross-functional colleagues, driving project delivery, financial performance, and growth while developing people and maintaining high standards of SHEQ.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record in delivery within construction/regeneration.
• Strong stakeholder management and financial acumen.
