Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Divisional Manager to lead the Hatfield region, delivering strategic direction and operational excellence across Construction and Commercial teams.

Equans is looking for a Divisional Manager to join our team in Hatfield. This is a full-time permanent role. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.
You will provide clear leadership, strategic direction and operational support to the region’s Construction and Commercial teams. Leading Contracts Managers, Site Managers, Commercial, Technical and Development colleagues, you will foster a positive culture built on accountability, collaboration and high performance.
You will be responsible for ensuring that teams deliver against the division’s targets and aspirations, in line with the business plan, company processes and procedures. Through effective leadership, stakeholder management and a strong focus on operational excellence, you will help drive successful project delivery, commercial performance and the continued growth of the division .
