Job summary

CBRE Local UK is seeking a Compliance Technician (regional) to support the Technical Supervisor and Area Operations Manager in delivering a planned and corrective test, inspection and maintenance service for statutory building systems. You will help ensure a safe, compliant estate across designated sites, following policy and procedures.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 or equivalent qualification
• Proven health, safety and environmental knowledge
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Proactive with risk assessment and safety compliance
• Competent in recording and documenting maintenance tasks

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned test, inspection and maintenance programme timely.
• Record and undertake corrective actions as identified.
• Identify and document actions outside compliance remit.
• Ensure assets are certificated and maintained.
• Support health and safety policy implementation.
• Provide guidance to customers and colleagues on compliance matters
