Job summary

Halo ARC Ltd in Rochester is seeking a Regional Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to British Standards, company policies, and Health & Safety across sites in the Eastern and Southern regions. The role involves audits, GDPR-compliant information handling, and maintaining BS10125 and H&S systems.

You'll travel to multiple sites using provided pool car, manage emails, maintain records and calendars, and support continuous compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Safety / Auditing Role is essential.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification and knowledge of BS10125 audits would be advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided as necessary.
• Motor Trade background preferable.

Responsibilities

• Managing day to day emails into the compliance dept.
• Gathering/filing and storing information as required and within GDPR guidelines
• Organising own diaries, appointments / visits
• Update records/spreadsheets
• Administration & Implementation of Halo's Health and Safety compliance systems.
• Administration & Implementation of Halo's BS10125 compliance system.
• Supporting the compliance dept to ensure all areas are continually up to date and all areas are monitored closely.
• Visiting sites to conduct Health & Safety / Compliance audits (Training & Pool car will be provided for travel to sites (not for personal use))

Regional Compliance Officer

Salary - £30,000 per annum, increase on successful completion of 6 months probation

Hours - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Willingness to travel to different sites within the Eastern and Southern Region region covering areas such as Thurrock, Harrow, Saffron Walden, Norwich, Attleborough, Poole, Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Eastleigh, Eastbourne.

To support our Compliance Team we are looking for a Regional Compliance Officer to keep the company compliant to British Standards, all policies and procedures as well as maintaining all levels of Health & Safety.

The role will include, but is not limited to:
