A leading company in construction is seeking a Regional Commercial Director to lead its Building Solutions team. This strategic role involves strengthening client partnerships and driving profitability through effective commercial management. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience, strong negotiation skills, and expertise in construction contracts.
We're looking for a strategic and commercially driven Regional Commercial Director to join our Building Solutions team. This role is based across the UK, with travel to London and Basingstoke required.
Location: London-based with national travel (Basingstoke, Sheffield, and other UK sites)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
As Regional Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, profitability, and commercial success of our Building Solutions division. Strong commercial acumen, business expertise, and ability to influence will be critical in shaping our commercial strategy and strengthening client partnerships.
