Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd in the South West seeks a Regional Clinical Lead based around Exeter to provide clinical oversight and training across multiple branches. This field-based role requires regular travel within the region and occasional travel to other regions to support governance and quality standards.

You will lead clinical teams, oversee training, complete competency assessments, and drive best practices to ensure high standards of care and compliance.

Qualifications

• Clinical leadership experience required.
• Willingness to travel within the South West region and beyond as needed.
• Strong governance, auditing and training delivery background.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to a defined group of branches within your allocated region.
• Engage with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) to support Nurseplus' regional frameworks.
• Oversee staff training, competency assessments, and development needs.
• Deliver clinical training and sign-offs within your expertise.
• Conduct field-based supervision for complex care packages.
• Support safeguarding and governance across your region.
• Carry out clinical assessments and develop care plans for new referrals.
• Monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
