Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd in the South West seeks a Regional Clinical Lead to provide clinical oversight and training across branches. This field-based role requires regular travel within the region, with occasional visits to other regions, and a focus on maintaining high standards of care and strict compliance.

You will lead clinical practice, support branch teams, conduct competency assessments, deliver training, and collaborate with Integrated Care Boards to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical teams and safeguarding standards.
• Travel across regions with willingness to cover Exeter, Truro, Plymouth and Swindon.
• Strong collaboration with healthcare bodies and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to a defined group of branches within your region.
• Engage with Integrated Care Boards to support regional frameworks.
• Support branches in managing nurses and care staff, ensuring training and competencies.
• Deliver clinical training and complete competency assessments and sign-offs.
• Conduct field-based supervision for staff in complex care packages.
• Contribute to wider clinical team with guidance and best practices.
• Ensure high-quality clinical care and governance compliance across the region.
• Carry out clinical assessments and develop outcome-focused care plans.
