Qualifications
- Qualified clinician with senior leadership experience in clinical education.
- Experience delivering education plans across multiple sites and regions.
- Experience managing statutory and mandatory training compliance and onboarding.
- Experience governance, risk management and quality assurance in education.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional clinical education service across Clinical Education, EOC Education and Driving Education.
- Provide senior leadership to Education Team Leaders and specialist leads.
- Ensure education is evidence-based, aligned with clinical guidance and delivered by capable educators.
- Collaborate with operational partners to ensure safe, effective and responsive education delivery.
