Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple cleaning contracts across retail and commercial sites.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good understanding of KPIs, SLAs and operational performance.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of 20 site contracts.
• Lead, motivate and develop cleaning teams and supervisors.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Monitor health and safety compliance and quality inspections.
• Manage recruitment, training, and labour budgets.
