Job summary

Additional Resources is seeking a Cleaning Key Account Manager / Operations Manager to oversee regional cleaning operations, manage client relationships and ensure service excellence across multiple sites.

Based near Guildford, the role involves travelling to client sites across Surrey, including Camberley, Staines and Reigate. The role is full-time with a salary of £37,000 plus a company vehicle and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management or operational leadership.
• Ability to lead teams and develop commercial opportunities.
• Experience managing budgets and monthly reporting data.
• Ability to develop business strategies and manage operational changes.
• Knowledge of cleaning industry standards or certification (e.g., BICSc).

Responsibilities

• Managing delivery of daily and periodic cleaning services across the region.
• Monitoring KPIs and contractual requirements; addressing issues as needed.
• Coordinating site resources to meet budgets and service levels.
• Preparing and analysing operational and financial data for management reporting.
• Managing attendance and timekeeping to support payroll processes.
• Overseeing supplier relationships and maintaining service standards.
• Supporting recruitment, employee relations and HR matters.
• Coordinating training to maintain standards across the team.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety requirements.
