Job summary

NuServe Ltd is seeking an Area Cleaning Manager in the South East. This permanent, full-time role requires a sharp, detail-driven manager who leads frontline cleaning teams and builds strong relationships with clients. A driving licence is required, and fluency in English is assumed.

Start date is ASAP as the right candidate is found. You will oversee recruitment, staff relations, and payroll while ensuring service excellence.

• Champion best practices and maintain cleaning plans across sites.
• Manage stock and consumables to ensure site readiness.
