As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our vehicle cleaning and valeting services in the Southampton area. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and leading a team of vehicle cleaning and valeting staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability in the Crawley area
• Monitoring and analysing performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for business growth
• Recruiting, training, and mentoring new staff members to ensure a high standard of service delivery
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
• Managing budgets and controlling costs to achieve financial targets
• Conducting regular site visits to ensure quality standards are being met and addressing any issues that arise
