Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Regional Chef to lead culinary operations across our Workplace, Health and Education portfolio in the Southeast. You will drive quality, safety, and service improvements while supporting site teams and mobilisations across the region.

The role requires proven senior culinary leadership, strong coaching ability, and a commitment to nutritious, high-quality food across multi-site environments. Regular travel and a full UK driving licence are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership roles in multi-site catering.
• Experience coaching and developing kitchen teams.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, hygiene and allergen management.

Responsibilities

• Provide culinary leadership across a portfolio of Workplace, Health and Education sites.
• Support mobilisations and service improvements across sites.
• Coach and develop chefs and kitchen teams to high standards.
• Drive menu development, standardisation and nutritional compliance.
• Ensure food safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
