Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Regional Chef to provide culinary leadership across Workplace, Health and Education sites in the Midlands. You’ll drive service improvements, coach kitchen teams, and maintain high standards while supporting mobilisations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef, Lead Chef or Regional Chef in multi-site settings.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a passion for developing people.
• Excellent culinary knowledge and commitment to nutritious food.
• Solid understanding of food safety, HACCP, allergen management and compliance.
• Commercial awareness including food costs, labour, stock control and waste reduction.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide culinary leadership across a portfolio of Workplace, Health and Education sites.
• Support sites with operational challenges, chef shortages, mobilisations and service improvements.
• Coach, mentor and develop chefs and kitchen teams to consistently high standards.
• Contribute to menu development, recipe standardisation and nutritional requirements.
• Drive food quality, presentation, service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits, audits and quality reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, allergen and health & safety requirements.
• Support stock management, food costs, purchasing compliance and waste reduction.
• Build relationships with operational leaders, clients and site teams.
• Contribute to new contracts, projects and regional business improvements.
