Aramark UK is recruiting two Chef roles in their Education sector to join the team at Hartpury University & College. Permanent roles with weekday and weekend work, shifts from 7am to 8:30pm, and potential for growth within the team.

Job Responsibilities

• Cooking and preparing food ready for grab & go & lunch service, ensuring minimal wastage. Supporting functions/hospitalityevents.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team of chefs and acting as a trainer/ coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
• Following recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of meals.
• Assistingwith deliveries and stock checks, placing food orders, andmaintainingkitchen records.
• Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries. Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence.
• Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
