Job summary

You will be reliable, experienced in a commercial kitchen, and capable of catering to special dietary needs, with opportunities for professional development and progression within the care group.
Qualifications
- Experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Care home setting experience preferred but not essential.
- Must be reliable and fully competent in all kitchen duties.
Responsibilities
- Lead the regional kitchen team to serve nutritious, well-balanced meals.
- Manage food stock and design menus within budget.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with EHO guidelines.
- Support residents with dietary needs and preferences as part of person-centred care.
