Make a rewarding difference in people’s lives every day with BCG. Whether you are new to the care sector or have experience, working within a BCG care home can be incredibly fulfilling.
As a Regional Chef, you will lead the kitchen team in the region to serve delicious, well-balanced, and nutritious meals that our residents will love. You'll provide high-quality food service to support residents, responding to their needs and contributing to their overall positive experience in our care.
From managing food stock and designing menus to making the most of your budget, you’ll always have resident well-being in mind. You will ensure the Kitchen is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in line with EHO regulations.
