Job Purpose

We are seeking a Regional Portfolio Manager - Europe & Africa for PMC Projects to be responsible for managing a regional portfolio of PMC projects and providing regional support to the PMC Business Unit in identifying and bidding for new PMC contracts.

  • P&L for regional portfolio of PMC projects
  • Responsible for commercial execution of PMC projects
  • Regional expertise and support
  • Regional Support to Business Development
  • Commercial and Contractual oversight/management on project portfolio
Job Scope

The Regional Portfolio Manager for PMC Projects will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversight and management of regional portfolio of PMC projects and responsible for project P&L (Profit & Loss) performance.
  • Ensure project teams are managing the PMC contract liabilities and associated risks.
  • Client contractual/commercial point of contact for PMC project portfolio (sometimes via PD/PM).
  • Manage project PMC contract change process.
  • Support PMC Business Development Managers to identify and develop new opportunities.
  • Support PMC Proposal teams and estimators in bidding PMC prospects with regional input.
  • Manage PMC profitability model for project assignments and retention process.
  • Oversight and if required management of project ICPO’s, subcontracts and cash flow and risk management mitigations.
  • Working with PMC Resource manager for staffing of PMC projects in line with profitability targets/models.
  • Co-ordinating with finance for project tax, hedging and bonding, insurance and LoC management.
Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Regional Portfolio Manager for PMC Projects role will have the following qualifications:

  • Commercial/Contractual Management skills.
