Job summary

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow sales across Scotland and the North of England. This home-based, field-based role focuses on developing new business and selling technical solutions in anaerobic digestion, biogas and renewable energy markets.

You will own the territory, manage the full sales process from contact to order, and travel regularly to visit customers across Scotland and the North of England.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or technical sales within anaerobic digestion, biogas, renewable energy or related sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to negotiate with senior decision-makers.
• Capable of managing long, technically complex sales processes independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business across agricultural, renewable energy and AD sectors.
• Build relationships with owners, site operators, developers and senior decision-makers.
