The Opportunity

Our client are hiring an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to win new business and grow accounts across Greater Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win and develop B2B clients in waste and environmental services
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Build lasting relationships through consultative selling
  • Deliver tailored waste solutions to commercial clients
  • Negotiate and close profitable contracts
  • Meet/exceed revenue targets across the region
  • Collaborate with internal teams for service delivery

What They're Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales success, ideally in a field-based role
  • Essential: Waste management or environmental services experience
  • Strong communicator and confident closer
  • Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and target-driven
  • CRM and sales reporting familiarity
  • Full UK driving licence
