A leading social housing provider is seeking a Regional Building Surveyor to manage complex repair projects and collaborate with various departments. We have an exciting opportunity for Regional Building Surveyors to join our talented team. This role is responsible for the strategic overview of the regional housing stock to facilitate the effective maintenance of LiveWest's growing housing portfolio. The successful candidate will require an integrated approach with all other Property Services departments and close regular liaison with the wider investment team and Day to Day repairs team.
As a Regional Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in providing detailed resolutions and project management for complex repairs, ensuring value for money and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with various departments and external agencies, contributing to continuous improvement and high-performance delivery. This role is full time, permanent, 37 hours per week. We are also able to offer compressed hours of 37 per week worked over 4 days. Roles are based in the Plymouth/Torquay and Exeter area.
