Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Marketing professional to support regional commercial marketing initiatives for an Action Figures portfolio. You will help manage licensor relationships, plan ranges, and execute campaigns across markets while aligning with global/regional strategies.

You will analyze performance, support AOP/A&P planning, and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and cross-country teams to drive growth and optimize results.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in commercial, brand, trade, sales or business planning
• Experience supporting campaign execution and commercial initiatives
• Strong execution and delivery capability
• Analytical thinking and performance tracking discipline
• Cross-functional collaboration and proactive problem-solving
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans by market in collaboration with licensor and internal teams.
• Lead day-to-day execution of campaigns across markets or scope.
