Mattel UK is seeking a commercial, relationship-led Associate Manager to drive Retail Franchise Development across the UK and Ireland. You will translate regional priorities into retailer stories and cross-category programs, strengthening partner relationships and accelerating growth.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in retail development, licensing, commercial sales, buying, franchise marketing, or related field.
• Experience in consumer products, entertainment, licensing, or branded goods preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the territory's retail landscape and retailer network.
• Proven ability to develop and present retail programs and business cases.
• Experience across cross-functional, multi-market teams in a complex organization.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

• Translate retailer segmentation and activation calendars into market plans.
• Build annual priorities and territory account plans with metrics.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and grow franchise presence.
