Job summary

Workshop Recruitment are seeking an experienced Area Sales Representative to drive regional sales in London and north of the M25. The role balances field-based work with one day per week at the Waterlooville office, with four days in the field.

You will manage high-value projects and tenders, develop new business, and maintain CRM records. Salary £50,000-£60,000 plus a vehicle or car allowance, Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm, permanent position.

Qualifications

• Experience in project-led sales and high-value tenders.
• HVAC or construction sector experience desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and wider team sales targets.
• Develop new business through proactive outbound activity.
• Manage pipeline opportunities and maintain accurate daily CRM records.
• Lead and support colleagues through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Manage higher-value projects, tenders and follow-up plans.
• Deliver CPD sessions and attend networking events.
• Build strong customer relationships through aftercare and communication.
