Job summary

First Military Recruitment are seeking an Area Safety Manager for a Midlands-based role with coverage across Manchester and the South West. The position is in Cradley Heath with travel involved.

You will require NEBOSH Construction, White CSCS Card, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in the building/construction sector. Core duties include safety reporting, training delivery, and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the building/construction industry.
• NEBOSH Construction certificate required.
• White CSCS Card held or demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit quarterly Health & Safety reports to the Managing Director.
• Coordinate, interpret and present Health & Safety statistics.
• Advise management on Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
• Deliver Health & Safety training and inductions across regions.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and report findings to management.
