About You

Multi-site leadership experience within a fast-paced retail business is essential.

We are looking for a confident and commercially focused retail leader who can demonstrate:

Previous experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or equivalent multi-site retail leadership role.

A proven track record of leading multiple stores within a fast-paced retail environment.

Strong commercial awareness and experience delivering sales and operational results.

Proven ability to lead, coach and develop Store Managers.

Excellent organisational, communication and decision-making skills.

A hands‑on, adaptable and results‑focused leadership style.

The ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a high-volume retail operation.

A genuine passion for people development and operational excellence.
