Qualifications

• Experience leading a high performing shop management team across multiple sites.
• Ability to deliver sales and profit targets through effective team management.
• Proven track record in succession planning and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement shop operation plans and review performance with shop managers.
• Contribute to regional sales plan and drive brand standards across the estate.
• Lead and recruit shop management teams in line with plan and budget.
• Manage rosters, costs and adherence to food safety and brand standards.
