Qualifications

• Experience leading a high performing shop management team across multiple sites.
• Proven track record of delivering sales and profit targets through effective team management.
• Experience developing teams through succession planning.
• Strong standards across multiple sites and capability to drive improvements.
• Confident decision-making with excellent organisational and communication skills.
• IT proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement shop operation plans and review performance with shop managers.
• Contribute to the regional sales plan and drive brand excellence across teams.
• Lead, recruit and develop shop management teams in line with budgets.
• Monitor food safety and health & safety practices to ensure brand standards.
• Plan and control shop manning rotas and manage costs.
• Analyse reports to identify risks and implement workable solutions.
