Helping Hands in Sheffield is seeking an Area Care Manager to lead care across our region, supporting around 10 branches and a live-in care service. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary of GBP 55,000–60,000 per year and an annual bonus of up to GBP 15,000, plus extensive leave and benefits.

• Experience leading multiple branches in the care sector.
• Strong knowledge of CQC/CIW regulations and quality frameworks.
• Ability to influence, drive change and manage large, diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-site care operations across your region.
• Coach Branch Care Managers and align quality with growth.
• Oversee branch performance and live-in services, with regular reporting.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and uphold service standards.
• Audit compliance and drive improvements, escalating where needed.
• Provide updates to Head of Operations on progress and opportunities.
