Addleshaw Goddard is seeking an AI & Digital Training Specialist to lead AI literacy learning and practical skills in AI prompting, agent use, and digital capability growth across the firm.

You will design role-based materials, deliver hands-on training, and partner with departments to close learning gaps while supporting IT training priorities like Microsoft 365. The role emphasizes independent and collaborative work and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and delivering IT/digital learning in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Practical understanding of AI literacy, responsible use and prompting for workplace use.
• Ability to identify learning needs and tailor solutions for different audiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead structured AI learning for colleagues across roles and confidence levels, covering AI literacy, opportunities, limitations, responsible use, information handling and human oversight in clear, practical terms.
• Deliver coaching on effective prompting and AI-assisted working, helping colleagues define outcomes and check output quality.
• Design role-based learning materials, exercises and self-service resources, including guidance, quick reference tools, videos and eLearning.
• Provide hands-on training on the creation, configuration and use of AI agents, including purpose, instructions, knowledge sources, testing and review requirements.
• Partner with departments to identify capability gaps and develop tailored learning plans, workshops and support.
• Deliver inclusive learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, blended and self-directed formats with high-quality materials and continuous improvement.
