RIBA London is seeking a Regional Administrator to support the Regional Director and the London team with day-to-day administration and coordination. You will organise member, practice, student and public-facing activities, support meetings, events and volunteers, and manage records, budgets and systems while acting as a responsive contact for members, partners and colleagues.
The role is London-based with a hybrid working pattern, 35 hours per week, and permanent employment.

The Regional Administrator is at the centre of RIBA London’s day-to-day delivery, providing high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Regional Director and wider London team.
You will help organise a busy programme of member, practice, student and public-facing activity; support meetings, events, and volunteer groups; develop and manage regional social media channels and member communications; keep records, budgets and systems accurate; and provide a responsive first point of contact for members, practices, partners, and colleagues.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys bringing order to multiple priorities, building positive working relationships and helping a small team turn plans into well-run activity across London.
The role will require some travel and flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends dependant on activity.
