Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in Manchester seeks a Project Manager with RIBA experience to join our National Programmes team on retail projects in the North West. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage procurement processes and report on progress from feasibility through to handover.

The role requires NEC familiarity, strong client-facing skills and a proven track record delivering value on complex built-environment projects. Hybrid working is supported in this busy regional office.

Qualifications

• Construction Project Management degree or a similar construction related qualification
• Well organised, diligent, proactive, well-disciplined and commercially astute.
• NEC experience
• Familiarity with design process
• RIBA experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
• Track record of managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlines

• Running bidding process including managing queries from tendering contractors
• Managing multiple projects on ‘LIVE’ operational sites
• Assistance with the preparation of contract documents

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting Project Manager with RIBA experience, to join our National Programmes team on retail projects in the North West. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated candidate to join and strengthen our team.

Role Responsibilities

• Well organised, diligent, proactive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
