About the Role

This role leads the delivery of high‑profile, impactful international programmes that promote architecture and engage RIBA members, stakeholders and built environment professionals across four global regions. A solid understanding of marketing, communications and social media is essential, as is experience working with volunteers and partners. • Understanding of marketing tactics and social media communications to grow international communities.
  • Proven track record of planning, managing and delivering programmes and campaigns from a remote base.
  • Experience of senior stakeholder management and excellent relationship building and developing strong networks with internal and external contacts.
  • Able to deliver high quality outputs to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple demands whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience of identifying, setting up, motivating and managing international groups and networks with responsibility for associated programme to drive engagement.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities for initiatives and to spot trends within the international membership and share with colleagues across the organisation.
  • A creative approach with an interest or experience of working in architecture and the built environment.
