RIBA London is seeking a Regional Administrator to support the Regional Director and the London team, handling administrative tasks, coordinating events, and managing records and budgets. The Regional Administrator is at the centre of RIBA London’s day-to-day delivery, providing high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Regional Director and wider London team.
You will help organise a busy programme of member, practice, student and public-facing activity; support meetings, events and volunteer groups; develop and manage regional social media channels and member communications; keep records, budgets and systems accurate; and provide a responsive first point of contact for members, practices, partners and colleagues.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys bringing order to multiple priorities, building positive working relationships and helping a small team turn plans into well-run activity across London.
The role will require some travel and flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends dependant on activity.
