We are currently seeking a talented and experienced professional for the role of Regional Account Sourcing Manager. This position is crucial for overseeing strategic sourcing and procurement activities across our EMEA client accounts, with a focus on Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services. The ideal candidate will have a strong procurement background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive value in the complex IFM landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with client requirements.
- Manage all strategic sourcing and procurement activities across WPM service lines.
- Deep understanding of IFM services including maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, energy management, and workspace management.
- Deliver all S&P targets for the client account.
- Lead and manage the S&P team to ensure high performance.
- Represent JLL S&P in client meetings and forums.
- Lead negotiations and achieve savings targets.
- Report and track savings via relevant platforms (e.g., Jaggaer).
- Produce monthly and quarterly reporting, including supplier reviews and analytics.
- Manage procurement planning, RFPs, bid analysis, and liaise with client governance for contracts.
- Manage account resources and ensure supplier details are up-to-date.
- Maintain relationships with preferred suppliers and review performance.
- Provide performance reports against KPIs, sourcing activities, and supplier management.
- Support ESG strategies and stakeholder surveys.
Essentials
- Experience in transformation activities, audits, and reporting.
- Knowledge of S&P policies, procedures, and tools.
- Develop and implement sourcing plans.
- Manage supplier onboarding and compliance.
- Support account transitions and develop ESG strategies.
