Job summary

LKQ is seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to lead a field-based sales team within our Bodyshop division in the UK. You’ll coach, develop and motivate Account Managers, drive profitable growth, and build strong customer partnerships across your region.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will identify new market opportunities, collaborate with Head Office and suppliers, and use data to steer performance. A fast-paced, customer-focused leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading field-based sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket, bodyshop, collision repair, or vehicle refinish sectors.
• Track record of driving sales growth and delivering commercial results.
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor to key customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent coaching, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of field-based Account Managers, driving engagement and performance.
• Manage day-to-day performance with regular one-to-ones, reviews and development discussions.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the LKQ Bodyshop channel.
• Drive collaboration between Account Managers and branch network to maximise opportunities.
• Oversee and develop the Independent Journey Plan focusing on retention and growth.
• Monitor regional performance against sales targets and KPIs; implement action plans.
