Job Description

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee full lifecycle of industrial plant and facility construction projects, ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., BREEAM, Made Smarter UK).
• Design & Technical Management: Collaborate with UK and China design teams, ensure compliance with standards (BS, IEC, NFPA, EN), and optimize designs for cost and quality.
• Construction Management: Supervise construction activities, manage schedules, quality, safety protocols, and address delays or issues promptly.
• Resource Management: Evaluate and coordinate design firms, contractors, and suppliers, leading contract negotiations and cost estimations.
