The role

• As the BMS Project Lead, you will play a major role in delivering one of the largest data centre projects in the UK.
• You will oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of Building Automation Systems (BAS), Energy Power Management Systems (EPMS), and all Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems across various data centre facilities.
• Ensure all systems comply with the end client's established performance, reliability, and security standards.
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of the BAS, EPMS, and other HVAC systems, confirming adherence to the specified designs.

Could this role be for you?

• Proven experience at BMS Package or Project Lead level working for a main contractor, ideally in mission-critical environments such as data centres.
• In-depth knowledge of design, installation, and commissioning processes for mechanical, electrical, and BMS.
• A strong understanding of data centre infrastructure and construction standards.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
