Job summary

Five Education Recruitment Limited seeks a Qualified Early Years Practitioner in Chippenham. This temp-to-perm role is 36 hours per week, 8am–6pm with a one-hour lunch break. Salary includes £145 per day (temporary) and £23,868–£25,432 per annum.

The nursery emphasizes creativity, Reggio-inspired learning, and strong child development opportunities. You’ll observe, listen, and contribute ideas to help children become confident, curious, and independent.

Qualifications

• A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
• A caring approach
• A genuine enthusiasm for supporting young children
• Hold a current Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one

Responsibilities

• Observe, listen, offer ideas and support children to become confident, curious and increasingly independent.
• Join a nursery through a temp-to-perm route to experience the setting before committing to a permanent role.
