Five Education Recruitment Limited is partnering with a Bath nursery to recruit qualified Early Years Educators. You will work in a Reggio-inspired environment, observing and supporting mixed-age groups, and contributing ideas to daily projects.

A four-day week and ongoing professional development are offered, with a route from temporary to permanent employment. The role requires Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualifications, a caring approach, and the ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
• Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship not available.
• Current Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply.
• Ability to provide two or more employment references (24 months).

Responsibilities

• Observe, listen and support children to become confident and independent.
• Contribute ideas within a Reggio-inspired environment that encourages discovery.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a creative, child-centred curriculum.
• Support children's interests and help plan activities across studios and spaces.
• Maintain safeguarding and welfare standards as part of the nursery team.
