Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd in Worksop is seeking an experienced Regeneration and Major Projects Manager to lead a portfolio of regeneration, economic growth and capital investment projects that will shape the future of Bassetlaw.

You will work with senior officers, elected Members, developers, government agencies and local partners to drive delivery, attract investment and improve places for communities. Hybrid working arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in regeneration, economic growth and capital investment projects.
• Track record delivering complex projects and securing funding.
• Ability to manage multi-million pound budgets and funding programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior officers, elected Members, developers and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major regeneration and capital projects.
• Oversee project delivery from business case through to completion.
• Apply effective project management and governance arrangements.
• Manage project risks, performance and assurance.
• Build relationships with funders, developers, investors and partners.
• Identify and secure external funding opportunities.
• Provide strategic advice to senior officers and Members.
