Job summary

L&Q Living is seeking a Communities Programme Manager to lead forward planning, profiling and resourcing on regeneration, rehousing and redevelopment projects across London and the Northwest. You will drive resident insights, co-design and planning for engagement, reporting to the Head of Communities and collaborating with the Development and Regeneration team.

Qualifications

Housing, regeneration or community development experience gained in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of working in a high-volume, results-driven development programme.
Ability to think innovatively and meet deadlines to achieve objectives.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to source and present innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead on resident engagement plans and landlord offers.
Build relationships with cross-functional teams, development partners, contractors and residents.
Work on multiple schemes identified in the growth pipeline and existing regeneration projects across London and the Northwest.
Own the Communities team programming functions, including business plan targets, team resourcing and site office planning.
