Job summary

London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking a Communities Programming Lead to drive planning, profiling and resourcing for regeneration projects across London and the Northwest. You will lead resident engagement and programming for redevelopment proposals, and visit sites to support ballots, consultations and co-design with communities.

You will report to the Head of Communities in the Property and Investment division and work closely with the Development and Regeneration team in New Homes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on planning, profiling and resourcing for regeneration projects across London and NW England.
• Drive resident insights and programming for redevelopment proposals.
• Visit existing and emerging sites to engage with communities and stakeholders.
• Support ballots, consultations and co-design processes for resident engagement.
• Collaborate with Development, Regeneration and New Homes teams.
