Job summary

whg is seeking a Senior Regeneration Manager in Walsall to lead complex regeneration schemes from initial feasibility to handover, ensuring value for money and compliance with Homes England requirements.

You will work closely with customers, consultants and internal teams, shaping designs, costs and delivery plans. This senior role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and robust project governance to achieve net-zero and MMC goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in regeneration, development or project management.
• Strong knowledge of Homes England procedures.
• Experience with financial appraisal and cost control.
• Understanding of RIBA work stages, NPPF and planning requirements.
• Ability to manage consultants and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of regeneration schemes from feasibility through to handover and final certification.
• Manage programme, cost, quality, risk and safety across schemes.
• Lead customer engagement and consultation with communities affected by regeneration.
• Appoint and manage designers, consultants and specialist services.
• Lead design meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee planning and consultation processes including planning committees.
