Pebbles Care Limited is seeking a part-time Compliance Officer to perform Regulation 44 visits across our homes in Central Leeds and Lancaster. The role is home-based with regular travel, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will report on compliance, offer guidance to Registered Managers, and ensure residential child care meets regulatory standards. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifikationen

• Essential experience working in Children's Homes or regulatory roles (Ofsted/England).
• Experience as Independent Visitor or similar compliance monitoring role.
• Knowledge of Children’s Home Regulations 2015 (England) and safeguarding.

Aufgaben

• Carry out Regulation 44 visits across designated homes.
• Produce detailed, evidence-based reports with recommendations and follow-ups.
• Support Registered Managers on compliance and best practice.
