Pebbles Care Limited in the North of England is seeking a part-time Compliance Officer to carry out Regulation 44 visits across our residential homes, traveling to an allocated cluster in Central Leeds and Lancaster. The role is home-based with regular travel; you will produce detailed reports, advise Registered Managers on compliance, and support continual improvement and best practice within the homes.

Formación

• Experience in children's homes as a Registered Manager or regulatory compliance (Ofsted England).
• Independent Visitor or similar compliance monitoring experience.
• Knowledge of Children’s Home Regulations 2015 and Guidance (England).
• Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge.
• Experience communicating with children and young adults.
• Experience communicating with professionals and parents in child care.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety compliance.
• Professional demeanor and active listening.
• Proficient IT skills and Microsoft packages.
• Full UK driver’s license with car access.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Regulation 44 visits to allocated homes.
• Travel regularly to homes in Central Leeds and Lancaster.
• Produce and record detailed, evidence-based reports with follow-ups.
• Provide guidance to Registered Managers on compliance and best practice.
