Job summary

Pebbles Care Ltd is seeking a part-time Compliance Officer to perform Regulation 44 visits across our homes in Central Leeds and the Lancaster area. The role is home-based with regular travel, and 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will support Registered Managers on compliance and prepare detailed, evidence-based reports.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, safeguarding expertise, and excellent communication with stakeholders. A car and IT proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Children's Homes at a regulatory level is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Regulation 44 visits to designated homes across Leeds and Lancaster.
• Provide advice and guidance to Registered Managers on compliance and best practice.
• Produce and record detailed, evidence-based reports with follow-up actions.
• Travel to allocated cluster of homes as part of Regulatory visits.
• Ensure residential care quality aligns with regulatory requirements and company vision.
