The Best Connection is recruiting Refuse Loaders to join a growing team based in Burntwood. The role involves collecting refuse, recycling and organic waste on daily rounds, with a schedule of 2 to 5 days per week. It is a physical position requiring moving bins and bags and walking up to 10–15 miles per day.

Induction includes Health & Safety training across three days, with on‑the‑job training to follow. Hours are Monday to Friday, 05:45 to 16:30, with weekly pay and a competitive hourly rate.

Competenze

• This is a physical role requiring manoeuvring recycling bins and bags and walking up to 10–15 miles per day.
• Induction includes Classroom Health and Safety on Day 1, followed by on-the-job training Days 2–3.

Mansioni

• Go out on rounds collecting refuse, recycling and organic waste.
• Work between 2 to 5 days per week as part of a daily book back schedule.
