The Best Connection is recruiting Refuse Loaders to join a growing team based in Burntwood. The role involves collecting refuse, recycling and organic waste on daily rounds, with a schedule of 2 to 5 days per week. It is a physical position requiring moving bins and bags and walking up to 10–15 miles per day.

Induction includes Health & Safety training across three days, with on‑the‑job training to follow. Hours are Monday to Friday, 05:45 to 16:30, with weekly pay and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

The Best Connection are recruiting Refuse Loaders to join our clients growing team based in Burntwood.

The role will include going out on rounds collecting refuse, recycling & organic waste. The job is a daily book back and you'll work between 2 to 5 days per week.

This is a physical role and will require you to manoeuvre recycling bins & bags and involve walking up to 10 to 15 miles per day.

You will attend a 3 day induction - Day 1 Classroom Health and Safety, Day 2 & 3 On the job training with experienced worker.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 05:45 - 16:30.

Pay Rate: £13.26 per hour.
