Job summary

QS Recruitment is recruiting Waste Collection Operatives to join our team at Caenby Corner, supporting waste collection services across Gainsborough. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that is physically demanding and requires teamwork and reliability.

Contract is permanent with a starting rate of £12.85 per hour, with overtime paid after 37 hours. You will work Monday to Friday with some Saturdays; annual leave up to 28 days; UK applicants only.

The Role:
Working as part of a crew, you’ll help keep local communities clean by collecting household waste. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role involving:

• Reporting to the depot at Caenby Corner
• Collecting and loading household waste
• Manual handling throughout the shift
• Walking long distances
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

Hourly Rate: You will have a starting wage of £12.85 per hour. (up to £650 per week)Overtime on all hours after 37 hours paid at time and a half.You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.Please note we do not offer sponsorship.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday0700 startAveraging 9 hour shiftsSaturdays required on the week leading up to bank holiday.
